Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility & breathing. We offer a range of Pilates sessions for those with different physical abilities and body goals, instructed by highly trained & experienced Instructors who are able to analyse your body as you train.

Pilates will help to develop a toned and lean physique, develop your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, increase your resistance to injuries and promote your general well-being. It can be used as a form of physiotherapy rehabilitation for a specific issue, or more generally to meet your fitness & flexibility goals.

Treatment Methods

Private Pilates Reformer Sessions

We offer 40 minute one-on-one sessions on a Pilates Reformer – this is the ultimate way to maximize the benefits of the Pilates method, with 100% dedicated attention on your form from our Pilates Instructor.

Pilates Reformer Classes

We offer 60 minute Reformer classes in our flagship Pilates studio in Al Waab (up to 5/6 attendees per class).

Reformer: Provides the foundation for the next level of classes, with a focus on the principles of Pilates. The pace is deliberately slower to allow newcomers and those with injuries to participate.
Cardio Reformer: Strength-based training combined with cardiovascular intervals, using a trampoline attached to the base of the Reformer. A higher intensity Reformer workout to tone your whole body.

Pilates Mat Classes

We offer hour-long Mat classes in our dedicated Pilates studios in Al Waab and Al Markhiya (up to 10 attendees per class).

Beginners / Mobility: Provides the foundation for the next level of classes, with a focus on the principles of Pilates. The pace is deliberately slower to allow those with injuries to participate.
Mixed Levels: Wide-ranging Pilates mat exercises, with variations given for all abilities.
Mixed Levels with Props: Wide-ranging Pilates mat exercises, with variations given for all abilities. Using the resistance band, fitness circle, foam roller, or small stability ball to broaden the mat practice.
