Areas of Specialisation: Anna is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who uses a variety of methodologies to get results for her patients, including dry needling, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy, fascial release, sports massage, taping, yoga and exercise. She has specialist training in Integrated Systems Management, which means she takes a holistic approach to optimising the function of the entire body, rather than solely focusing where the pain is.
Professional Qualifications: Anna has a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science from Essex University and a MSc in Physiotherapy from King’s College, London.
Previous Experience: Anna spent 5 years working with a leading spinal surgeon in London, treating and advising his patients. She combined this with a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist role in a premium, private clinic in the City of London. She has also been the back pain service coordinator for a major National Health Service Trust, and worked as a Sports Physiotherapist for the top Handball and Australian Rules Football clubs in London.
