Payment
You will be required to pay by cash or card immediately after your appointment (unless you have already paid in advance).
Insurance
Our medical treatments are covered by private medical insurance – you will typically be able to be reimbursed by your insurer. Please call your insurance company to determine how much they will reimburse and for how many visits, as it will depend on your individual policy. We will provide you all the clinic notes and invoices that you might need for reimbursement.
Home Visits

Important Requirements For Your First Visit
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete intake forms on your first visit.
Please note that you may need a referral from a licensed Doctor for your first appointment for insurance reimbursement.
Getting a Doctor referral is a simple process. You can either – (i) visit your regular Doctor or (ii) visit one of our Doctors at The International Medical Centre (5 mins from TIPC Markhiya – opposite the University of Doha for Science & Technology). We are happy to arrange the appointment for you – this is only a short appointment up-front, the cost of which will typically be covered by your insurer.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 / 48 hours notice by phone or email, or the full amount is payable.
