We offer a range of Pilates sessions for those with different physical abilities and body goals, instructed by highly trained & experienced Instructors who are able to analyse your body as you train.

Private Pilates Reformer Sessions

We offer 40 minute one-on-one sessions on a Pilates Reformer – this is the ultimate way to maximise the benefits of the Pilates method, with 100% dedicated attention on your form from our Pilates Instructor.

Pilates Mat & Reformer Classes

We offer 55 minute Reformer & Mat classes in our Pilates studios in Markhiya & Waab.
