Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility & breathing. We offer Pilates sessions for those with different physical abilities and body goals, instructed by highly trained & experienced Instructors who are able to analyse your body as you train.

Pilates will help to develop a toned and lean physique, develop your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, increase your resistance to injuries and promote your general well-being. It can be used as a form of physiotherapy rehabilitation for a specific issue, or more generally to meet your fitness & flexibility goals.

Private Pilates Sessions

We offer 40 minute private one-on-one sessions. We have a range of equipment including Merrithew-brand Reformers, Towers / Vertical Frames, Stability Chairs, Barrels and all of the Mat Pilates accessories. This ensures that you get variety in your Pilates practice and the right Pilates routine for you and your body.

This is the ultimate way to maximise the benefits of the Pilates method, with 100% privacy and dedicated attention on your form from our expert Pilates Instructors.

Duets / Groups
