Matteo is a qualified Occupational Therapist, giving him a strong grounding in anatomy, physiology and rehabilitation. He has since transitioned into his real passion, Massage Therapy. Matteo is an expert in deep tissue and sports massage, and has the strength and skills to give relief from muscle tightness, soreness and pain.
Professional Qualifications:
Matteo graduated from Pisa University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. He subsequently achieved his massage qualifications in multiple techniques including Swedish massage, sports massage and manual lymphatic drainage.
Previous Experience:
Matteo has worked as a freelance Occupational Therapist and Massage Therapist in Italy and Spain. More recently he was the Deputy Supervisor, Instructor and Massage Therapist at a leading luxury hotel wellbeing centre, overseeing and training a team of more than 20 massage therapists.
